About FreedDoctors are overworked, burnt out, and are quitting in masses.
At Freed, we combine clinician love with the latest AI tech and intense execution to create products that make clinicians happier.
Our first product is an AI scribe that automates medical documentation.
Since May of 2023, we have:
Acquired 20,000 paying and loving clinicians
Generate 70,000 patient notes daily and over 2 million monthly
HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACTArchitect and maintain key automations across business systems (HubSpot, Stripe, Customer.io, Intercom, internal tools, etc.)
Build robust data pipelines and operational workflows using tools like Make.com or n8n
Collaborate with GTM, Support, finance and product teams to rapidly prototype and ship solutions.
WHAT YOULL BRINGProficiency in Make.com or equivalent tools like Zapier, n8n, or Workato.
Ability to independently debug, trace, and improve complex automation flows across multiple systems
Understanding of SaaS tool ecosystems including CRMs, marketing, billing, and support platforms.
Experience building scalable, faulttolerant operational systems with documentation and monitoring.
