L’Account Manager est responsable du développement de l’activité de distribution pour lindustrie sur la région AuvergneRhôneAlpes, PACA et fournit un support local aux Grands Comptes. IlElle est impliqué tant au niveau des clients utilisateurs directs, que dans l’animation des forces de ventes locales des distributeurs ; à la recherche dopportunités pour de nouvelles applications de produits et peut gérer de manière autonome des projets (exigences techniques ou commerciales). Vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable des Ventes ITC France & BeNeLux pour la Direction ITC.

Les principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Planifier et organiser efficacement son temps pour répondre aux exigences du territoiredes objectifs du marché.

  • Atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs sur les clients assignés

  • Gérer les clients selon les lignes directrices définies par la Direction commerciale de tesa

  • Établir des relations solides avec les clients etou les distributeurs privilégiés

  • Optimiser le temps de vente actif au sein des différentes plateformes de vente

  • Donner des conseils techniques et commerciaux aux clients sur les produits et les applications et aborder les domaines damélioration potentiels.

  • Mettre en œuvre de nouvelles applications, de nouveaux produits, de nouvelles gammes, etc. afin daméliorer les ventes.

  • Fournir une assistance technique sur site pendant le processus de vente

  • Comprendre les facteurs clés du client (tels que la structure organisationnelle, la direction, les clients, etc.) pour obtenir l’adhésion

  • Gérer la tarification conformément à la politique en vigueur

    • What you will do:
      This position is ideally based in the Lyon area or located nearby.

      The Account Manager is mainly responsible developing industrial distribution channel accounts within AuvergneRhôneAlpes, PACA region, as an expert in the assigned segment, and provides support to Key Account. HeShe is involved both with direct enduser customers and with the local sales forces of distributors, seeking out opportunities for new product applications, and can independently manage projects (technical or commercial requirements). You will report to the Sales Manager ITC France & BeNeLux.

      Main responsibilities are the following:

      • Plan and organize effective use of time to meet the demands of the territory market objectives

      • Fulfil quantitative & qualitative targets on assigned customers

      • Manage customer according to value based customer guidelines customers

      • Build up a strong relationship with customers and or preferred distributors

      • Optimize the active selling time within the different sales platforms

      • Gives technical and commercial advice to the accounts about products and applications and address potential improvement areas

      • Implement new applications, products, assortments etc. in order to improve sales

      • Provide onsite technical support during the sales process

      • Understand key factors of the customer (such as organizational structure, management, customers etc.) to get buy in

      • Manage pricing according to pricing policy

      • Reporting of sales and project activity required through company specified CRM system
