Job Description

We are looking for a QAQC Product Engineer who’ll own Quality Assurance, Quality Control functions as we rollout products on time to customer satisfaction. This person is pragmatic for stepbystep execution to ensure success with the attitude of topnotch service with great communication and sense of urgency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Responsibilities

• Developmonitor quality program metrics to evaluate the project’s performance. Analyze said metrics to understand the root cause of any disconcerting trends and then work with the applicable parties to correct those items.
• Contribute to company as a high performing QAQC or product engineer.
• Develop andor follow through robust QAQC processes and standards to enable efficiency and effectiveness along with leading effective crossfunctional communications.
• Oversee IQC, Inprocess, and OQC inspections (product & material), including report setup, data collection, review, and improvement
• Establish the process for production document review and approval procedures
• Review and collect customer complaint case studies, analyze and improve production procedures.
• Troubleshoot production quality issues and customer quality complaints
• Assist with Root Cause and Corrective Action development as needed to support Quality, Customer, and Production Teams
• Create Internal and External CAR when quality is at risk.
• Developdrive specific QAQC dashboards, tracking matrices, and quarterly QAQC “Deep Dive” presentations following Mass Production

• Qualifications

  • FLUENT in English and Mandarin (no exceptions)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial)
  • Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in Consumer Electronics andor Medical Device manufacturing Industry combination of production and QAQC engineer
  • NPI and project management in ISO 90001 environment
  • Experience adapting to a fast paced, handson, startup work environment
  • Experience and proficient with:
    • EVT, DVT, PVT, MP and EoL stages of product cycle
    • CAD tools
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Data Analysis
    • Risk Analysis
    • Process Validations
