We are seeking contributors for a project aimed at producing accurate and highquality transcripts from audio recordings. The work involves listening carefully to recordings and converting spoken language into clear, properly formatted written text. This project supports the development of AI systems by providing precise reference data for speech recognition models.

Responsibilities: Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe all spoken content in Kannada
Include speaker labels, timestamps, and other formatting as required
Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Follow projectspecific transcription guidelines and style rules

Requirements: Native fluency in Kannada
Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week
Strong command of the language used in the audio and fluency in English for following instructions
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Experience with transcription tools or platforms is preferred
Familiarity with different accents and speech styles is an advantage

Payment Details: Pay rate is $24.00 per audio hour.
On average, contributors can transcribe 5 minutes of audio per working hour, which equals $2.00hour .
Payments are based on the total audio processed (per audio hour), not the number of hours worked. Actual earnings depend on speed and accuracy.

This role is a projectbased opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor.
