We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AI Engineer (m/f/d), focused on AI consulting and PoC solution development, to drive our ambitious projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence. As part of our highly motivated team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, researching, developing and implementing innovative AI solutions that will elevate our products and services to new heights. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in the technicalities of AI but will also have the acumen to assess business needs, gather requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis & AI Consultation:
   • Engage with internal and external clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and identify potential AI applications.
   • Analyze current processes and propose AI solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
   • Communicate the benefits, risks and ROI of AI solutions to business stakeholders.
2. Requirements Engineering:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and functional requirements.
   • Document and prioritize AI requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. PoC Implementation & Testing:
   • Develop and implement PoC solutions tailored to business needs.
   • Collaborate with data scientists and other technical stakeholders to optimize AI models.
   • Validate and test PoC solutions ensuring they meet the set requirements and desired outcomes.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Present complex AI concepts in a clear and understandable manner to all levels of the organization.
   • Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on solutions accordingly.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field with a focus on artificial intelligence or machine learning. A Ph.D. is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong proficiency in popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
• Solid knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and/or computer vision.
• Experience in industry-specific AI applications (legal tech)
• Proven track record of successful PoC or productive AI implementations leading to tangible business outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
