Metaview is reengineering hiring with AI at the core. Thousands of companies already use Metaview to accelerate their recruiting workflows, remove toil, and make hiring decisions with more precision.

Our AI Assistant for Recruiting is used by over 3000 companies around the world, and already makes recruiting flows drastically more efficient. But efficiency is just the starting point: the data were capturing will enable us to build the AI platform that recognizes talent better than any human ever could.

Metaview was founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir. We recently announced our $35m Series B, led by Google Ventures.       The role

      We’re growing rapidly in the US, Europe, and beyond. To maximize and capture the demand for our product, we’re adding to our sales team. This will accelerate our growth, deepen our engagement with our community of customers and prospects, and help us set the foundations for a broader buildout of our sales team in 2025.

      To make this happen, the AE will:

      • Identify prospects from our productled growth engine, and upsell them on the benefits of an enterprise plan.

      • Develop expertlevel insight on the impact and pragmatic application of AI in the recruiting process.

      • Win complex sales with many stakeholders from first contact, to pitch, to close.

      • Feed your hardearned learnings from the market into the founders and product team, so we can continue to improve a categorydefining product.

      • Build an extensive network by working with the next generation of iconic companies.

        • Fundamentally, our goal is to getbigquick, and this is a careerdefining opportunity to partner directly with the CEO to help create the sales approach and the sales culture of the organization.

          You
          • 3+ years quotacarrying experience in B2B sales.

          • Experience with complex sales, preferably to midmarket or small enterprise customers in tech.

          • Thrived at another fastpaced saas startup or scaleup.
