These high-impact roles across our Growth, Monetization and Tracking Experience squads are fully remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.

Your Mission
As a (Senior) Product Manager at YAZIO, you’ll take ownership of a key product vertical—Growth, Monetization or Tracking Experience—and work cross-functionally to bring our product vision to life. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Collaborate on shaping and executing your squad’s roadmap, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that align with company goals and address user needs
  • Work autonomously and proactively, contributing to a culture of ownership, curiosity and measurable impact
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics and CRM to run experiments and optimize performance
  • Use data to uncover insights, form hypotheses and run A/B tests that improve key metrics across the funnel—from acquisition and onboarding to monetization and user engagement
  • Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, streamline decisions and scale feature development
  • Champion operational excellence within your squad, ensuring clear prioritization, smooth execution and continuous improvement
Your Profile
We’re looking for experienced product managers who are ready to take the next step in their careers. You don’t need to tick every box, but if the following sounds like your experience and mindset, we’d love to hear from you:

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager in mobile-first, consumer-facing, subscription-based products
  • Proven ability to drive results across growth, monetization or user experience initiatives through experimentation, A/B testing and user-centric design
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills and the agility to adapt quickly based on evolving priorities or new insights
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Analytics, CRM and Marketing to align goals and ship impactful solutions
  • Confident using analytics tools to interpret data, uncover user insights and optimize product performance across the funnel
  • Familiarity with mobile monetization strategies, tracking infrastructure or behavioral analytics at scale
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support product discovery, roadmap planning or scalable feature delivery
  • Deep interest in health, wellness and building products that make a meaningful difference—ideally with experience in digital health, fitness or lifestyle apps
