- Explore and implement intelligent agents and copilots with LLMs using automations, pipelines, APIs, and frameworks.
- Develop complete web applications (frontend and backend) focusing on performance and scalability.
- Work with multiple programming languages and stacks, including Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and Go.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver features quickly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Explorar e implementar agentes inteligentes e copilots com LLMs, utilizando automações, pipelines, APIs e frameworks como LangChain e LangGraph, além de workflows baseados em protocolos como MCP, A2A ou similares, com foco em aplicações robustas e escaláveis.;
- Desenvolver aplicações web completas (frontend e backend), com foco em performance e escalabilidade, utilizando stacks modernas como Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python e integrações com serviços de IA.Trabalhar com múltiplas linguagens e stacks (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, Go);
- Evoluir nossa plataforma de LLMOps, com foco em escalabilidade, segurança e governança;
- Atuar com CICD em ambientes híbridos (cloud e onpremise);
- Criar e otimizar prompts e fluxos de IA alinhados ao produto e à experiência do usuário;
- Colaborar com times multidisciplinares, incluindo product managers, designers UIUX, engenheiros de QA e outros desenvolvedores, para entregar funcionalidades com agilidade e clareza;
- Navegar em contextos ambíguos, enfrentar problemas de grande escala e criar soluções sustentáveis impulsionadas por automação e inteligência;
- Traduzir fluxos de backend (agentes, pipelines, APIs) em experiências de usuário intuitivas no frontend.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software com pelo menos duas linguagens. (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, GoLang, Java etc.);
- Experiência prática com agentes, LLMs, pipelines de IA e automações;
- Conhecimento em frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph e protocolos MCP ou similares;
- Vivência com ferramentas de IA assistida (ex: Copilot, ChatGPT);
- Familiaridade com cloud (AWS, Azure), CICD e ambientes onpremise;
- Inglês técnico, Git, bancos relacionais e não relacionais;
- Domínio de técnicas RAG (ex: reranking, contextaware retrieval);
- Experiência com LLMOps, deploys, monitoramento e testes de modelos;
- Perfil experimental, colaborativo, adaptável, com foco em entrega rápida e contínua com Participação em projetos de MVPsPOCs com agentes e IA generativa.
- Atuação em startups, times ágeis ou comunidades open source;
- Publicações ou contribuições em projetos de IA;
- Vivência em Ciência de Dados aplicada a dados não estruturados.
