The Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer Software Developer (we call ours Software Craftspeople) who shares the same values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency that we do.

You may work on a client project from our offices with our team delivery approach this could be a greenfield project for a startup, or helping to build a missioncritical system for a large enterprise client. Maybe youll work as an embedded craftsperson, working within our clients existing development to help them get better at writing their software. Or perhaps youre more interested in helping to introduce the values of Craftsmanship to an organisation through coaching & mentoring.

Requirements

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• A high level of English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• 6+ years of experience with at least one of these languages (C#JavaScriptJavaTypeScript) and its build system
• Comfortable with OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
• Familiarity with a cloud solution (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Familiarity with concepts of multilayer application designs
• Qualityoriented: follow best practices (Testing (ideally TDD), pair programming, continuous integrationdeployment, Agile methodologies) and SOLID principles
