How will you make a difference

Take responsibility for the leadership of the team, maintaining close attention to needs and support while making technical decisions
Juggle between different projects at the same time.
Support the project and the team while achieving their potential growth, setting goals and acting as a guide towards them
Guide the team on the use of good practices and remind them on the importance of the quality standards of the code
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Find opportunities to automate manual processes and creatively add value to the project
Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Participate and be responsible within the decisionmaking process
Support and advise the team on estimating efforts and tasks
Maintain a problemsolving attitude
Promote the use of new tools and supervise their proper use

Requirements
What will make you stand out from the crowd:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Valuable previous experience managing mobile development teams
Excellent communication skills
Have more than 5 years of experience as a Mobile Developer
Experience working on developing modern and intuitive interfaces
Ensuring code quality and application optimization.
Have created complex mobile applications on iOS or Android.
Proficient on any or several OOP languages (Swift, Kotlin, FlutterDart and others). We use FlutterDart on our daily basis.
Have experience working in agile and dynamic environments
Knowledge of Firebase and its functionalities.
