What you will do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via calls and chats
  • Build positive and longlasting relationships with customers
  • Accurately report incidents and ensure proper escalation of incidents
  • Effectively manage and follow up on the inquiries
  • Always be uptodate with the general market conditions
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance the teams performance
    • What you need to succeed in this role:

      • Excellent Croatian and English (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
      • At least 2 years of experience in user support
      • Experience in providing support for computers, tablets, smartphones, and smart home devices
      • Experience in applications and social media configurations
      • Experience in email and web browsing support
      • Experience in office software support for users
      • Technical studies diploma or courses
      • Knowledge of Windows, macOS
      • Analytical and research skills
      • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
