Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for leading global workshops and explaining solutions to internal and customer stakeholders. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure that the implemented customer solution aligns with industry standards and constantly drive enhancements. Additionally, you will support the implementation methodology and mentor junior team members when applicable.
Candidate Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Fluency in English, both written and oral
Workday certification is a plus
An Information Technology Certificate of Higher Education or equivalent
Experience in HR Tech implementation
Knowledge of data migration processes
Functional understanding of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM, Peoplesoft, Workday, SuccessFactors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
