Role and Responsibilities
The company is seeking talented individuals with excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues and queries of L2 irate customers on call. The successful applicant will be required to work day shifts for females up till 9 pm and rotational shifts for males.
Candidate Qualifications
The candidate should be a graduate from any field and have at least 1 year of experience from a BPO or any customer support role (preferred).
Required Skills
The desired skills for this role are:
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English;
Clear voice and accent when speaking HindiEnglish;
No MTI or RTI issues, grammatical or pronunciation errors;

The successful applicant will work out of Tower 5A, 5B, 5C, Embassy Tech Village Rd, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103.
Benefits
The successful applicant will receive a salary of INR 23000 ctc (18.5k in hand).
Cab facility with home pick and drop will be provided within Bengaluru within a 35km radius from the office.
A onetime relocation bonus of INR 4000 will be provided to candidates relocating to Bengaluru and are eligible if they are out of the 100 km radius from Bengaluru. This bonus will be paid after training as a onetime payment.
