What You’ll Do: 
 

As the Demand Generation Specialist at SureCost, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s demand generation execution. You’ll be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, direct mailers, and event promotions, while project-managing creative design and content creation with the support of our Digital Marketing Agency and Marketing Tech Stack. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team, you’ll execute and report on multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Reporting to our Sr. Marketing Manager, your expertise in campaign reporting and analytics will be key to optimizing performance and achieving commercial goals. You’ll also take ownership of content marketing, social media, SEO, customer communications, and demand generation initiatives, contributing to SureCost’s thought leadership and brand loyalty. With your demand generation insights and technical capabilities, you’ll have a direct and meaningful impact on the company’s success and growth trajectory.

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (including email, social media, webinars, content marketing, paid advertising) aligning with overall business goals to attract and engage target audiences and buyer personas with our Marketing Agency. 
  • Lead generation and nurturing: Partner with Marketing Operations to implement lead scoring systems to qualify leads, and create nurture programs to guide them through the sales funnel with personalized content and targeted campaigns.
  • Campaign management and optimization: Plan, execute, and manage campaigns, including budget and resource allocation. 
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize using A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Content creation and management: Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, ensuring content aligns with the buyer journey and resonates with the target audience.
  • Marketing technology and channel management: Utilize Marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Cvent, LinkedIn, YouTube, Sequel.io, ToFu HQ, Polar, SEM Rush, ZoomInfo and more) to execute success digital and direct mail marketing campaigns. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality. 
  • Coordinate with Sr. Marketing Manager to understand features and roadmaps and partner with customer success to leverage insights and feedback and leverage market messaging for campaign success.
  • Reporting and analysis: Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
 

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective B2B SaaS marketing campaigns
  • You’re highly accountable with ability to handle multiple requests and managing competing priorities, deadlines and workflows
  • You’ve got experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp); Hubspot strongly preferred
  • You have experience building reports and managing pipeline analytics and a strong understanding of email marketing rules and guidelines
  • Your written and communication skills are exceptional, along with strong analytical and research skills
  • You’re an independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel, with the ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate's Degree or higher required; degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred

The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000-90,000/year in addition to an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
