About the Role: 



We are seeking a Copilot Studio Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). The ideal candidate will design and implement intelligent automation solutions, integrate AI capabilities (such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI), and help empower business users through low-code development combined with traditional scripting. 



Key Responsibilities:


 

· Integrate Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI services with Power Platform to enhance productivity and automate workflows. 

· Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate). 

· Collaborate with business users and stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code/no-code solutions. 

· Provide documentation, training, and support for developed solutions. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 



· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 

· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. 

· 1+ Familiarity with Copilot Studio 

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 



Preferred Qualifications:


 

· Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400). 

· Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Microsoft Dataverse. 

· Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure ML, GPT APIs). 

· Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments. 

· PowerShell or Python
