The Role


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Junior Designer to join our creative team.
You’ll support the delivery of high-quality design work across digital, print, branding, and editorial. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their design career who wants to learn from experienced creatives and develop their skills on a wide variety of projects — from social assets to layout design and brand identity work.

You'll be encouraged to explore emerging tools like generative AI and will work closely with our strategy, content, and insight teams to bring ideas to life.



Key Responsibilities


 Assist in developing creative concepts and design assets across digital, print, and branding projects

 Work on layouts for brochures, presentations, social media, and other marketing materials

 Help maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

 Support the team in preparing artwork for print and digital delivery

 Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content creators across multiple projects

 Stay curious about design trends and experiment with tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL·E2

 Take feedback constructively and contribute to a positive, solution-focused creative process



What You’ll Need


Essential Skills & Experience:

 0–2 years of experience in a design role, internship, or relevant coursework

 Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

 A strong eye for composition, colour, and typography

 A portfolio showcasing your creativity and potential across digital and/or print projects

 Eagerness to learn, grow, and take direction

 Organised and able to manage your time across multiple tasks

 Interest in AI tools and new ways of working creatively Bonus Points For

 Experience with Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools

 Motion graphics, animation, VEO 3 or video editing

 Familiarity with social media content creation

 A basic understanding of print production processes
