Job description

Position Purpose: Supports strategy creation and drives the adoption, execution and continuous improvement of processes and/or programs operated at scale. Collaborates with partners across the People Team to generate value-add solutions and influences the organization to successful utilization, from individual contributors to senior leaders. Creates and evaluates key metrics while researching industry best practices to proactively recommend changes to ensure we are advancing modern talent practices and programs.

  • Lead execution of large-scale talent development programs, managing program logistics, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless delivery and impact.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions designed to build key skills across the organization.
  • Act as subject matter expert and thought partner on leadership and capability matters.
  • Create new programs and processes based upon organizational need, driving ideation through delivery.
  • Collaborate across the People Team to create solutions that add measurable value.
  • Present strategy and process to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Continuously enhance our tools, resources, and capabilities to drive industry-leading practices.
  • Continually solicit feedback and evaluate processes and programs to proactively drive improvements.
  • Establish relationships across the organization to bring in diverse perspectives and ultimately drive the utilization and adoption of talent processes.
  • Develop the appropriate change management approaches to enable organizational adoption.
  • Partner with People Business Solutions team to embed our tools and frameworks into our HCM and allow that system to drive insights.
  • Evaluate and integrate opportunities to support our DEI initiatives and culture journey.
  • Research best practices and trends, including methodologies and technology enhancements, and make recommendations to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure adherence to SOWs and proper organization utilization of services and solutions. This can include leading the RFP process and leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Lead effective pilot programs and leverage insights to generate the right programs and processes that meet the organization’s needs and that can be evolved in the future.
  • Ensure we have the right tools and resources (internal or external) to meet the needs of the business.
  • Create and deliver polished presentation materials and resources for deployment across the organization.
  • Identify interdependencies across the business and integrate key stakeholders to support the utilization of enterprise programs and processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required. 5+ years related experience required Human resources, talent management, organizational development, change management, project management, communication, or strategic planning experience preferred
