About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a talented Business Process Consultant to join our team. This Business Process Consultant will work primarily in the domain of IT business analysis. They will support the analysis, design, and implementation of a variety of technical solutions across the organization. This role will also focus on understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

How will you make a difference as a Business Process Consultant at Fragomen?

• Create high-level and detailed process documentation, including process flows and system use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
• Translate business needs into functional user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Support the configuration and customization of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate requirements workshops, demos, and validation sessions with business and technical teams
• Assist in testing activities by defining test cases, supporting user acceptance testing, and tracking defects
• Prioritize and manage change requests, issues, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle
• Continuously improve knowledge of IT systems and emerging technologies to provide innovative business solutions

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:

• 3+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant or other key business professional working on IT projects preferred
• Familiarity with IT service management platforms, workflow automation, or related tools is a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile BA, or other technical certifications) and/or experience with various SDLC methodologies are a plus
