Role Summary 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focused on building their capability and capacity to significantly contribute to the tactical demands of the job role: Expected to be self-directed. May still learning in-depth information about Ensono’s products, direct marketing and the industry they serve and are actively engaged through a self-directed plan oriented around:
  • Product Training: to increase product knowledge, calculate standard pricing, conduct product presentations, create product proposals addressing client reported business issues and conducting value proposition driven demonstrations (if applicable).
  • Direct Marketing Trends: to increase knowledge of key concepts, promotional contents, promotional media, channels, challenges and solutions.
  • Industry Training: to increase understanding of the industry served, industry trends, vertical industry nuances (if applicable).
  • Competition Training: to increase understanding of the competition and enabling our products and services to viewed as superior.
  • Beginning to balance his/her development with meaningful and measurable contribution. While they are expected to make a definite contribution, the critical nature and complexity of the projects or tasks to which he/she is assigned are less than complex in nature.

What You Will Need:  

INDEPENDENT CONTRIBUTOR: Fully functional and self-directed. Provides formal mentorship. High complexity assignments- owner. Moderate complexity assignments - owner (1 or >). Low complexity assignments - provide oversight/review. Regularly leads self and established as specialist. Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly.
Product Knowledge and Understanding: Advanced, proven knowledge of sales support management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Ensono knowledge of products and services.
  • Various industry knowledge / awareness.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Presentation skills
  • MS Office

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $70K to $112K annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include a role-based, sales-incentive plan and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
