We’re on the lookout for a Platform Architect/ Tech Consultant to help us shape the future of customer experiences.

If you’re passionate about designing scalable, world-class CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions and love bringing clarity to complex tech challenges—this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading discovery sessions to capture technical requirements and turn them into rock-solid architectures.
  • Designing a detailed CCaaS architecture that’s scalable, reliable, and future-ready.
  • Setting the standards—establishing best practices and guidelines for seamless implementations.
  • Acting as the technical go-to (SPOC) for clients, providing clear solutions, optimizations, and expert guidance.
  • Creating the blueprints, diagrams, and docs that make teams shine.
  • Supporting connectivity testing within the Sprinklr platform (don’t worry—Sprinklr experience isn’t required).

What we need

  • Strong know-how in VoIP: SBC, TLS, SIP Trunking, and Contact Center systems.
  • Proven experience building and implementing CCaaS solutions.
  • A collaborative spirit—partnering with analysts, developers, and client stakeholders with ease.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1/C2). Spanish? Big plus.
