Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency

  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams

  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms

  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations

  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues

  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness
