Job description

 

The Data Marketing & Audience Operations team, within our Consumer Marketing Department, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join their group. 

 

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the email marketing and email operations teams to build campaign reporting, analyze audience and campaign performance, and monitor data attributes. Your expertise will help strengthen our data governance and taxonomy, while also highlighting audience activation and new automation opportunities for the team. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Creates, maintains, and evolves ad hoc and recurring reports using SQL and Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to marketing stakeholders. 
  • Assists with audience creation and related tasks within our Consumer Data Platform (CDP) and other proprietary marketing tools. 
  • Supports email automation, audience activation, and campaign analysis initiatives to enhance marketing performance. 
  • Pulls and analyzes metrics for divisional marketing programs and present findings with various stakeholders. 
  • Collaborates with the legal department and the broader Consumer Marketing team to ensure data compliance with digital privacy and security regulations. 

 

Please apply if you meet the following qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing marketing campaigns and working with raw campaign data 
  • Experience using SQL to create data queries
  • Familiarity with key email marketing campaign metrics (delivery rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.) and email marketing platforms (like Iterable, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools 
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Quick to learn new technologies and marketing tools, with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to address unexpected challenges 

 

The salary range for this position is $66,500 - $70,000. All positions are currently eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
