Description

  

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Product Manager is responsible for owning the trafficking of new product requests and helping to evolve and manage the intake of requests to drive continuous business improvement. The Product Manager works closely with the Martech Team to drive development and delivery of new products or features working with the Senior Product Manager.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Translate business needs and business process flows into detailed, testable, and traceable requirements.
  • Create agile epics, features, user stories, use cases, and related acceptance criteria.
  • Manage project planning and execution by defining objectives, scope, and deliverables; maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets; and addressing risks to ensure success.
  • Define product marketing communication objectives. 
  • Drive the communication for assigned products and clients.
  • Help design and review solution approaches and drive the vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive.
  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products with individual project budgetary responsibility.
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings.
  • Identify and initiate additional opportunities to partner with internal resources to bring additional value to assigned products.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES 

  • Strong ability to adjust to change and work requirements.

  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and group communications skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with little or no supervision. 
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving and analytical ability.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to be curious, positive, and creative.


QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, IS, or related field preferred. 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in a technology company preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft office and Jira preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred.
