      • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM California Time

              Role Overview:

              We are seeking an energetic and positive Dispatcher to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our clients and field technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.


              Requirements:

              • Learn and apply commercial food service terminology to accurately populate service calls
                  • Leverage customer service skills to satisfy clients and route technicians promptly
                      • Monitor technicians progress throughout the day, ensuring efficient utilization
                          • Understand technicians strengths to route service calls effectively
                              • Quickly master Service Call Management software (Verizon Connect WORKS)
                                  • Interpret technician notes and service call details to make informed decisions
                                      • Utilize Verizon Connect Reveal to monitor technician locations for optimal scheduling
                                          • Prioritize and manage multiple service requests in a fastpaced environment
                                              • Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

                                                • Requirements
                                                  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
                                                      • Ability to multitask, prioritize service calls, and maintain good memory
                                                          • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
                                                              • Excellent planning and organizational skills
                                                                  • Selfmotivated and detailoriented
                                                                      • Needs to be familiar with Bay Area geography (or able to learn quickly) for technician routing.
                                                                          • Coordinating with customers, managing technician routes, ensuring techs submit completion notes, and handling priority tasks.
                                                                              • Technical mindset with ability to grasp basic equipment issues
                                                                                  • Experience with CRM and GPS tracking software (Verizon Connect WORKS and Reveal preferred)
                                                                                      • Adaptability to handle diverse client needs and emergency situations
                                                                                          • Problemsolving skills to address scheduling conflicts and unexpected issues
                                                                                              • Experience in dispatch or related field preferred
