Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney – Make a Global Impact from Anywhere


Are you a U.S.-licensed attorney with a passion for immigration law and a desire to help people through life-changing legal processes—all from the comfort of your home, wherever that may be?



Our dynamic and mission-driven immigration law client is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Remote Immigration Consultation Attorney to join the team. This is a full-time, fully remote role, ideally suited to attorneys who thrive in a globally connected environment and are eager to make a meaningful difference every day.

 

What You’ll Do

As a core member of our client-focused legal team, you will:

  • Conduct thoughtful, strategic legal consultations with prospective clients on a variety of immigration matters, including:
    • Family-based immigration
    • Employment-based petitions
    • Humanitarian relief (VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Asylum) 
  • Offer clear legal guidance and assess eligibility for immigration benefits
  • Help ensure a warm, supportive onboarding experience for new clients
  • Provide limited casework support and contribute to client retention and firm growth through excellent communication and care

 

Requirements:

 

  • Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted in any U.S. state)
  • 1+ year of hands-on immigration law experience, including client consultations
  • Strong working knowledge of USCIS procedures, humanitarian relief options, and immigration legal strategy
  • A skilled communicator with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
  • A self-motivated team player who can excel in a fully virtual, collaborative environment
  • Experience in client development or retention is a plus
