Job Title: Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Location: Remote US or Canada (excluding Quebec)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $190,000 $240,000

The Impact You Will Have

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping both our product and our engineering culture. You will work across the stack, build features from 0 to 1, and take end-to-end ownership of projects that directly impact our customers.

Build new products and features from scratch (0 to 1)
Take ownership of projects from conception through shipping, writing modular, maintainable, and high-quality code
Deliver value across the system while maintaining a high bar for testing, code quality, and design
Shape product direction by talking to users and collaborating in roadmap planning and brainstorming
Mentor junior teammates, raising the engineering bar across the team
Help grow the team by interviewing, referring talent, and contributing to culture

5+ years of professional experience building and shipping applications
Strong fullstack skills, with the ability to work effectively across frontend and backend
A track record of ownership, leadership, and impact in senior-level engineering roles
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in remote-first teams
A product mindset, balancing speed with long-term quality and maintainability
