  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new employees by sharing expertise and best practices.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric mindset.
      • Able to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support applications.
