Technical Product Owner
Job Description
The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the planning of related features and execution throughout the feature life cycle, including managing the development team, analyzing features’ requirements, and collaborating with management and other departments to meet goals. The Technical Product Owner’s job also includes ensuring that each feature supports the product scope and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the priorities and team workload.
Coordinate team planning.
Act as a leader within the development team.
Coordinate internal resources for the execution of backlog tasks on time.
Participate in product backlog management.
Manage features from the research phase to completion.
Participate in release planning.
Review requested functionality before releasing to Production.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
Help other departments with delivering developed features to customers.
Required Competencies
Minimum of 3-5 years in IT and 2 years experience in PO or PM role.
Basic knowledge in web technologies, CSS, and development life cycle.
Experience in a job in the Gaming market will be a big plus.
Experience in participating in web client development will be a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate level of English or higher.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience in creating specifications or other technical documentation will be a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
