JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking two highly skilled B2B Appointment Setters to drive targeted outreach for our client’s programs in the education sector. These roles require exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to connect with U.S.-based decision-makers in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner. Candidates must be comfortable handling high-volume calls, managing follow-ups, and nurturing interest until an appointment is secured.
ROLES:
Sponsorship Program Caller – Focused on contacting business vendors affiliated with Grad School to present sponsorship opportunities, explain program benefits, and secure appointments for further discussions. This role will require strong relationship-building skills to convey value propositions clearly and address initial questions or concerns from business contacts.
Lead Generation Caller – Focused on reaching out to school administrators and decision-makers to introduce the client’s services, gather relevant contact information, and generate qualified leads. This role involves establishing rapport quickly, understanding each school’s potential needs, and setting up follow-up discussions with the client’s U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality outbound B2B calls using Ultatel to engage prospects.
Adapt communication style to match U.S. business culture and maintain a professional tone.
Send well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials.
Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments.
Work closely with the client’s U.S.-based team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with their outreach goals.
Follow provided call scripts and FAQs while being able to handle spontaneous objections professionally.
Successfully set appointments for qualified prospects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or lead generation, preferably in the education or professional services sector.
Native-level American English fluency in both spoken and written communication.
Excellent email etiquette with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive messages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while meeting outreach targets.
Comfortable working U.S. business hours and adjusting to time zone requirements.
