Are you a polished professional with a warm, client-focused approach? Dalal & Mehta Immigration Law Firm is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This position is the first touchpoint for our clients—ensuring every call and email reflects the care, professionalism, and excellence of our firm.

As Receptionist, You Will:

  • Greet clients warmly via phone and email, ensuring a professional and compassionate first impression.

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (40–50+ per day) with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.

  • Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings for potential clients with the Intake team or Case Specialist.

  • Route calls for existing clients directly to the Production team.

  • Maintain and update client records in our case management system (Lawmatics).

  • Follow strict adherence to our established call and communication scripts.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the PNC team.

  • Serve as a bridge between clients and attorneys, ensuring communication is clear, respectful, and timely.

  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Conduct follow-up calls as part of client relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Strong English and Hindi speaking skills (additional languages like Gujarati or Spanish a plus).

  • Proven experience handling high call volumes in a receptionist or client-facing role.

  • Demonstrated experience with inbound and outbound call management.

  • Professional communication style and ability to manage sensitive matters.

  • Proper work setup: quiet, distraction-free environment (no background noise such as traffic or honking), strong and reliable internet connection, noise-cancellation headphones, and a high-performing laptop/desktop. All technical requirements will be reviewed and verified before hiring.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow established processes consistently.
