Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues to prevent escalation.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support account expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure product adoption.
