We are currently seeking a full time Nurse and Clinical Recruiter to join our team. This position is fully remote but must live in the state of Maryland.



The Nursing and Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, and other Allied Health (nonprescribing) healthcare professionals. You will develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilizing a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for your program and territory. You will also support and work collaboratively with the programs and hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs. In addition, the recruiters work as a team member within the recruiting department to further the goals and objectives of the department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in nursing andor mental healthcare recruiting required
  • Displays thinking outside the box mentality by exploring creative ideastools to attract qualified candidates
  • Correctional healthcare recruiting preferred, not required
  • A successful track record of healthcare recruiting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid work ethic, selfmotivation, and good organizational skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
