Role Overview:

 As an Outbound Engagement Specialist I- Outreach Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting with members to encourage their participation in targeted health programs and services. You’ll serve as a trusted guide, helping members understand the benefits available to them and ensuring they receive the right care at the right time. In this role, your ability to deliver an exceptional, compassionate member experience is essential.
You’ll Do:
  • Make outbound calls to engage and motivate members to take action on their health and use our services.
  • Clearly explain the benefits and value of our programs, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Gather key information from members and direct them to the appropriate care team resources when needed.
  • Build rapport and trust with every member interaction, providing concierge-level service.
  • Proactively manage your daily tasks and call list to support outreach and follow-up efforts.
  • Consistently meet individual and team goals related to outreach effectiveness, service quality, and member satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or similar experience (call center or healthcare experience a plus).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
  • A positive, results-driven mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong personal accountability and commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new tools or processes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

The salary range for this role is:

$40500-$58700

Location
