About the Role
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to help us better understand our users and deliver experiences that are intuitive, valuable, and engaging. In this role, you will partner closely with our product managers and product designers in the USA and UK to uncover user needs, test new concepts, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape our products and design strategies. You will contribute to improving our research processes, tools, and overall research culture, ensuring user insights inform every stage of the product lifecycle.
You will evangelize the benefits and good practices of UX research with product and business teams. You’ll work closely with those teams to ensure a research and insights culture in our problem and solution definition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to plan, execute, and synthesize user research across discovery, concept validation, and usability testing phases
  • Conduct a range of qualitative and quantitative methods including interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, diary studies, card sorting, and usability testing
  • Articulate users’ needs, tasks, and goals into user stories, journey maps, and user requirements.
  • Communicate insights and clear and actionable recommendations effectively through visual storytelling (highlight videos, decks, storyboards, etc.) and champion user perspectives across teams
  • Define metrics and identify opportunities to pair qualitative findings with quantitative data for richer insights
  • Facilitate insight-sharing workshops to translate research into product and design strategies.
  • Provide support for vendor-led moderated research projects, including live observation and input on in‑the‑moment probing questions
  • Contribute to evolving research processes, tools, and best practices that strengthen our insights function and research operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in applied research, including integrating insights into product and design practices
  • Knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their appropriate application
  • Experience with research, prototyping and collaboration tools such as Usertesting.com, Figma, and survey platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong grasp of user‑centered design principles and usability practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with an ability to present findings clearly to cross‑functional teams
You’re Perfect for this Role If:
  • You have experience (or demonstrable knowledge) in designing and conducting user research across a variety of methods and stages of product development
  • You are naturally curious and motivated to uncover user needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams
  • You have strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality research outputs
  • You balance idealism with practicality, finding practical solutions that work in fast-paced, evolving environments
