US Executive Admin Assistant (Remote)

We’re hiring a fulltime US Executive Admin Assistant for one of our amazing clients—and this could be your seat at the table. Youll help keep the engine running smoothly by managing emails, booking meetings, prepping proposals, and sprinkling in thoughtful touches like sending gifts.
    • About the Role
      • You’ll work closely with a busy exec based in the US (CST timezone), managing all the little (but mighty) details that keep things on track. It’s part admin, part magic—anticipating what’s needed before it’s even said.
        • Your Key Responsibilities:
          • Draft and send proposals.
          • Manage email inboxes.
          • Coordinate calendars and book meetingslunches.
