How You Will Contribute

In this role, you will serve as a senior advisor and thought leader, guiding clients through complex market access challenges. You will collaborate closely with account leads and consultants to deliver highimpact insights and solutions across pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and valuebased strategies. Your expertise will shape client deliverables, presentations, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and compliance standards.


As VP, Value & Access, you will lead the development and execution of innovative access strategies informed by deep marketplace knowledge and payer perspectives. You’ll contribute to projects ranging from pricing and contracting strategies, market access landscape assessments, competitor simulations, legislative assessments, valuebased contracting frameworks, and healthcare decision maker communications.

You will provide honest and direct assessments of therapeutic value supporting clinical value independent and relative to the competitive market. You will also support project delivery by providing strategic direction, developing content, and reviewing clientfacing materials with documented feedback. Additionally, this role will act as an extension of our business development team; contributing to sales efforts, creating and refining content for client presentations, and presenting to prospective clients.

Your ability to synthesize data, engage stakeholders, and communicate clearly will be critical in delivering actionable recommendations that drive product access and commercial success. This is a highvisibility role ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about transforming access in life sciences.

About You

  • Must have greater than 10 years of experience in a concentrated healthcare organized customer related field or line of business (e.g., payer, PBM, Medicare, Medicaid, reinsurer, integrated delivery network, group purchasing organization)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (e.g., client meetings, conferences, company meetings)
  • Travel to clients 10% annually
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of business tools
