Job Description: 

Product Intern

Brief Summary of the job:

This is a paid internship for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience within a product organization. The Product Intern will play a key supporting role in the Product team by assisting with the maintenance and organization of documentation, managing key aspects of the product backlog, and providing support for various product processes and team meetings. The intern will report directly to the Product Owner for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Documentation Upkeep: Assist with organizing, cleaning, and updating existing documentation.

  • Backlog Hygiene Support: Help the team maintain a healthy product backlog by triaging tickets.

  • User Flow Audits: Walk through and document each step of existing user flows, with a special focus on edge cases.

  • Timeline & Tracker Management: Maintain the team’s project milestones

  • Meeting Support: Provide administrative support during design and grooming sessions

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or Design.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Experience with project management or documentation software
