We are currently seeking a Coord - Commercial Ops to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Enter commercials in WideOrbit upon receiving traffic instructions from various advertisers and apply copy accordingly, making any necessary revisions upon agency request  
  • Assist in building, finessing and downloading the daily broadcast log, making logical sense of sponsored promos and traditional commercials, while adhering to advertisers’ restrictions, including content sensitivity 
  • Ensure all commercials are numbered with correct ISCI codes and copy rotations assigned
  • Work with advertising agency traffic contacts, coordinating traffic instructions and spot delivery to B&T as needed
  • Maintain traffic contact documents
  • Ensure that sponsored promos are delivered in a timely manner from Creative Services
  • Coordinate billboard production with CS and schedule them on the log with traditional medica accordingly
  • Troubleshoot any on-air discrepancies with B&T in a timely and effective manner

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred) 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 0-2 years experience of relevant work experience
  • Management Skills Leadership ability a must
  • Ability to be resourceful and juggle several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be accommodating to last minute changes and requests
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on paying attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to work through oversell situations and work with software that sometimes has limitations
  • Ability to work with advertisers’ restrictions, making logical sense of breaks while adhering to broadcast log, anticipate sell outs and construct media plans
  • Professional demeanor and appearance required
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Team player – eager to “pitch in” during busy periods
  • WideOrbit experience a plus

The base compensation for this position is $45,000.
