Job Description

The Associate Team Lead I is responsible for managing the daily operational workflow with less direct reports and/or less complex business units, coaching and developing frontline specialists, and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction to frontline specialists. The Associate Team Lead I is responsible for becoming familiar with and leading to contact center metrics and implementation of strategic goals and processes.
Must have minimum 3 years of insurance licensing related experience

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate continuous support of each of the contact center departments

• Create high performance environment for team members

• Participate in strategic development/succession planning meetings

• Begin to develop/execute strategic action plans designed for specialists

• Create/maintain productive working partnerships with various departments

• Develop relationships between various operational and support departments

• Collaborate with peers to create and sustain departmental culture

• Analyze and interpret call center reports

• Have clear understanding of roles in supporting departments

• Begin to understand/develop business acumen as it relates to their specific AOR

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• Must have minimum 3 years of insurance licensing related experience

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
