Analyze data and determine factors that affect prices and determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.
  • Purchase Order Administration: Manage purchase order administration and file maintenance, from solicitation to closeout by collaboration with internal functions (i.e., Receiving, Government Property, Finance).
  • Communication and Responsiveness: Effectively communicate with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional interactions. Promptly address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates to maintain strong relationships and support procurement objectives.
