Must-have Skills

Full proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience in designing architectures and applying design patterns in Salesforce.
Technical leadership and mentoring of junior developers.
Experience in designing and implementing complex integration architectures.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines).
Expertise in performance optimization (batch executions, governor limits).
Ability to evaluate and select external technologies or tools.
Experience in defining and implementing security and access management strategies in Salesforce (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
Platform Developer II and/or Architect certification highly valued.
