Job description

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Virtual Assistant to join our Immigration Department. This is a remote position focused on supporting the firm’s operations by assisting with client communication and payment collection. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Call clients to collect payments related to costs incurred by the firm
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Perform accurate data entry and update client records
Assist with general administrative support for the immigration team
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely follow-up on pending items
Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or finance preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable using technology and remote communication tools (email, CRM, Zoom, etc.)
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
