Internal Communication Specialist

Your tasks:

The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for the ongoing and consistent operation of the companys internal communications channels. Manages both the corporate channels and also activates local communication efforts with the help of local communications partners to support corporate business objectives.

  • Content Creation & Publishing – Draft, edit, proofread, and format internal communications (announcements, newsletters, intranet posts, email campaigns) in line with corporate tone and visual guidelines, translating complex information into clear, engaging messages.

  • Channel Management – Maintain and update internal platforms (e.g., intranet, Teams, Viva Engage), schedule and send employee communications, ensuring employees are well informed about key initiatives.

  • TwoWay Communication – Encourage employee feedback and dialogue, creating an open environment for discussion and supporting the leadership to address employee concerns.

  • Campaign Support – Assist in the rollout of global campaigns and initiatives by preparing, uploading, and supporting the content localization, coordinating timelines, and partnering with local contacts for regional relevance.

  • Administrative & Reporting – Manage the editorial calendar, track communication activities, and report on distribution and key performance indicators.

  • Stakeholder Support – Coordinate with stakeholders for communications needs, and collaborate with local contacts worldwide to ensure consistent messaging aligned with corporate strategies.
