Trainee Accountant with French

Currently, we are looking for Trainee Accountant to join our Shared Services Center EMEA.

Main Activities and Key Tasks:
  • Verify accuracy and post suppliers’ invoices using the appropriate cost centers and projects.
  • Performs payments in line with Foundever approval policy and payment schedule.
  • Prepare, verify, code and process AR invoices as per agreed timing.
  • Prepare all AP, AR and General Ledger journals and ensure their accuracy, correct authorization and maintenance of relevant supporting evidence.
  • Process bank statement and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations within deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or last year student in accounting, finance or related field.
  • No previous experience is required.
  • Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English.
  • Very good conversational and written knowledge in French.
  • Attention to details and accuracy, self-motivated and organized.
  • Curious, proactive and willing to take initiatives.
  • Team player and deadline oriented.
  • Knowledge of MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
