Key Responsibilities:  

The Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Practice Marketing Manager, is a key member of the Marketing & Communications department, responsible for supporting the execution of digital and print marketing strategies across the organization’s practices. This role focuses on social media management, content creation, campaign support, and brand-aligned asset organization. The ideal candidate is a creative multitasker with strong written and visual communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of healthcare or service-based marketing dynamics. 

Job Functions Include: 

  • Social Media Content & Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness. Monitor social media performance, respond to comments/messages, and report insights to inform content strategy. Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Practice Marketing Manager. 

  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation of patient-facing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets, ensuring materials align with brand guidelines. 

  • Marketing Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of marketing documents, templates, creative assets, and campaign files. Track updates and version control across all clinic campaigns and projects. 

  • Customer Service & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, providers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials requests. 

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Skills:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other communications-focused studies; healthcare experience preferred but not required 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing. 

  • Thorough knowledge of Canva or other graphic design platforms; video experience is a plus. 

  • Excellent computer skills, competence with Microsoft Office suite. 

  • Organized, collaborative, and extremely detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines and manage a variety of simultaneous projects. 

  • Must be able to professionally interface with physicians, practice leaders, and colleagues.   

Remote – Must Reside in TX, MD, PA, VA, DC, WV, KY, GA, NJ

This is a remote position; however, due to state-specific employment requirements, we are only able to consider candidates who reside in the following states: TX, MD, PA, VA, DC, WV, KY, GA, NJ.
