Bethanna is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead the Crisis Access Link Model Services (CALM) program. This role provides leadership and clinical oversight to ensure delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based services to children, youth, resource parents, and families involved in the child welfare system.
The Clinical Supervisor will work collaboratively with Department Leadership and external partners to enhance permanency outcomes, strengthen connections across systems, and support placement stability. Within 24 hours of placement, the Supervisor will ensure the team engages with the child/youth and resource parent in their home to assess strengths, risk and protective factors, provide trauma psychoeducation, and facilitate ongoing support until a warm hand-off is achieved.

Salary: $80,000 per year
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to CALM program staff
Ensure timely and trauma-informed engagement with children/youth and resource parents within 24 hours of placement
Conduct or oversee assessments of strengths, risk, and protective factors, and deliver trauma-informed psychoeducation
Support efforts to prevent crises and promote placement stability
Collaborate with child welfare and behavioral health partners to build critical pathways of support
Oversee ongoing team support through successful warm hand-offs
Promote adherence to evidence-based and trauma-informed care practices
Master’s degree in a mental health discipline from a regionally accredited institution (e.g., clinical psychology, mental health counseling, clinical social work, social work, or related field)
Internship experience serving children/youth with onsite supervision strongly preferred
Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a child/adolescent services setting preferred
Licensure preferred but not required (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with child/adolescent experience, or Licensed Psychologist)
At least two years’ experience providing behavioral health or child welfare services to children, youth, and families involved in the child welfare system
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Work schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 annually
Potential for remote work days following successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
