Job Description:
ServiceNow Delivery Manager
NTT DATA is searching for a ServiceNow Delivery Manager with experience delivering large IT digital transformation projects to Enterprise Clients to join our highly skilled consulting team. You will use your exceptional project management skills to execute the successful delivery of large, complex ServiceNow projects for enterprise customers, often handling multiple engagements at a time – all while keeping our Client Satisfaction Rating at one of the highest levels in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
ServiceNow Delivery Managers will be involved in helping us chart the course to continue to be a ServiceNow partner of choice. Looking for someone that is self- motivated, high-energy, and has a team player mentality.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify, drive, and monitor actions required to foresee and course-correct escalations and mitigate risk
• Review variance and check profitability on all projects
• Coach improvement and brainstorm improvements in 1x1s
• Check direct reports' utilization is on track for quarter
• Use deep understanding of client relationship to recommend surveying and review results for continuous improvement areas
• Act as the prime escalation point for EMO management
• Escalation to the Quality Assurance team when project team is deviating from methods and tools appropriately, so that we can support them through the change
• Comfortable in C-level Sponsor and Exec Sponsor deliberations and escalations, balancing flexibility, and rigidness appropriately
• Managing directly or indirectly project S with Agile or SCRUM frameworks
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
• 15+ years of Consulting/IT experience
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $100-$128.31.This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
