Job description

As a Technical Product Manager on the AI Platform team, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering the roadmap for our internal AI ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering peers, collaborate with diverse internal product teams, and work with business and clinical leadership to ensure our AI platform optimizes for efficiency, innovation, and value across the organization.


Primary Duties:
  • Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state, and be able to articulate and advocate for this perspective.
  • Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics & user feedback
  • Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution.
  • Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes.
  • Develop short and longterm roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of product management experience in technology, technologyenabled services industry, or a SaaS product.
  • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.
  • Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile Scrum teams.
  • Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product.

  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills andor Abilities:
  • Experience working on or leading products for an AIML platform team and building a platform to scale vertically and horizontally.
  • Proven track record of building and launching AIML platforms, tools, or internal services that enable other product teams.
  • Deep understanding of the AIML lifecycle, MLOps, and scalable AI infrastructure (e.g., model training, deployment, monitoring, observability, reliability).
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering strategies and VLMs.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts and platform capabilities into value propositions for diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing a broad set of stakeholders across various internal product and engineering teams.
  • Experience in a healthcare technology environment.
