We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Senior Certinia Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) solutions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of Certinia applications integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Certinia modules and a strong understanding of Salesforce administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Certinia applications, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity
Configure and customize Certinia modules such as PSA and Revenue Management to meet evolving business needs
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Certinia and its integration with Salesforce
Support data migration, cleansing, and reporting activities
Assist in testing and deployment of new features, patches, and upgrades
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless platform integration
Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials
Conduct training and knowledgesharing sessions to empower internal teams on Certinia best practices
Act as a subject matter expert for Certinia, providing guidance on configuration standards and governance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience as a Certinia applications Administrator with proficiency in Certinia PSA in an enterprise environment
Significant handson experience with Salesforce administration, including Flows, Lightning App Builder, schema development, user and permissions management and other related topics
Proficient in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
Certifications in Salesforce and Certinia (Admin level required)
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Experience working with cross functional teams and enterprise level projects
Experience with change management and release processes in Salesforce environments
Knowledge of financial management principles and accounting processes
Knowledge with Revenue Management andor Service Estimator modules is a plus
