We’re looking for a motivated and curious Intern or Working Student to join our team as a Founders Associate Intern or Working Student. In this role you will be working closely with our CEO Office Team (People & Operations & Finance) and get hands-on experience in both HR and Finance, while also contributing to wider operational and strategic projects across the company.
You will be involved in day-to-day processes that keep our organization running smoothly, from supporting recruitment and onboarding, to helping prepare financial reports, to working on cross-functional initiatives that improve how VIDA operates.

Your responsibilities:

People & Culture
  • Support in the whole employee lifecycle from recruiting activities, onboarding and People & Culture projects (e.g., engagement surveys, team events, learning initiatives)
Finance & Operations
  • Assist our Finance team operationally, e.g. processing invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
  • Support peparation of monthly reports and data for management and investors
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and compliance documentation
  • Contribute to budget tracking and operational cost optimization
Cross-Functional Projects
  • Work on high-priority initiatives across the business (e.g., process improvements, research, internal communications)
  • Support strategic projects driven by the leadership team
  • Prepare presentations, reports, or analyses for various stakeholders

Is it you we’re looking for?
  • You are a student in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, Finance, or a related field
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You are comfortable working with numbers and have basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Bonus: In case you are applying for an internship we would love to have ypu with us as many months as possible (5+ months)
